Free toiletries, slippers, a hairdryer, toilet paper and linen are provided, while a wardrobe or closet offers storage. Rooms also include a refrigerator and electric kettle for keeping drinks cool and heating water. A flat-screen TV is available in the rooms.

Pets are allowed without an extra charge, while parking is not available at the property. The lanes around the cathedral connect the accommodation with the lakefront and the dense streets of the old commercial quarter. This is a compact neighbourhood where homes and businesses share the same network of local streets.

Ha Noi Railway station is on Le Duan street, 950 m from Twins Home. You can walk from the station to Ngõ Huyện or take a taxi for the final stretch, particularly if carrying luggage. The homestay has no parking, so a car cannot be left on site. The station lies west of the Old Quarter, and the final approach ends on a narrow local street rather than at a car park.

On foot, The Huc Bridge is 450 m away; it crosses Hoan Kiem Lake to Ngoc Son Temple. Hanoi Train Street is also 450 m from Twins Home. Hoa Lo Historical Prison and Hanoi Weekend Night Market are each 500 m away. Hoa Lo is a former prison museum, while the market offers an evening browse through local stalls. Ngoc Son Temple sits on a small island in the lake, and the red wooden bridge is its pedestrian approach.
